Has to be the rudest staff here lol. Omg. I walked into the station lobby after the doors were unlocked...late. I had already purchased a ticket and had it ready to go in Apple Wallet. The “staff” person, a homely woman of about 45 said, “you know what there’s a line over there”....literally I was the only cx in the building. I found the self service machine myself. FYI if you buy a ticket through the app you can avoid the friendly faces inside
