Had a Great experience with them! The tried to repair my grandfathers pocket watch and it took more than they thought. they offered me and alternative and it now is running and looks great. such a great piece of my families history and they brought it back to life! thank you Pro Fix!!!

Nice guy but terrible work. Regret deeply taking my ring to him. Asked for a resize and to replace one diamond. When I got my ring back, it was very visible that the prongs are uneven and some are sticking out that catch. One diamond is crooked(claimed one was crushed so had to have 2 diamonds replaced) and the other does not fit so he warped the prongs to fit it which caused a lot of unevenness. Some prongs are way larger than other prongs. Ring looks worst than before he worked on it. He tried fixing it with no charge however, the ring still looks bad and still fits loosely. Decided to not return to him in fear of anymore damage. Will have to take ring else where, hopefully it can be fixed.
