Marc Howard Custom Jeweler/Studio + Showroom

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Marc Howard Custom Jewelry. Marc truly does fantastic work with making custom jewelry and Candelora made the whole process go so smoothly! They are very passionate about what they do and are very professional and responsive to the customer's vision. I had a yellow sapphire made into a custom Vedic style ring and it is gorgeous!! I highly recommend them for any special and custom jewelry needs....very high quality work. I will most certainly be a repeat customer!! Thank you Marc and Candelora for providing a wonderful experience and a stunning custom ring that means so much to me.

Marc is a talented artisan and a pleasure to work with. We have collaborated on a few custom projects and his quality and attention to detail are always on point.

Let me be very clear: Mark is a talented jeweler; however, Jane as a customer service advocate is abysmal. After reading the response from owner’s rep, I was left shaking my head and understanding that this is a place I no longer wish to associate. Over the years, I have bought several pieces from Mark as well as having a wonderful silver piece custom made. I am used to working within a time frame and knowing when things will be finished or receiving a mailing, email or phone call when the job is finished. Such a responsibility is too much for Jane. She would prefer to gossip and look important when you present according to her schedule. It would appear that Jane has forgotten that she is providing a service to the customer. That she has an obligation to be truthful and to disclose the facts honestly. I can now count three times where she blatantly misrepresented the facts and gave any number of excuses not to ship even though I would be paying because she actually had to work. Finally, I am accustomed to buying internationally from small jewelers and their associates who understand customer service. Jane seems to think she is a Santa Fe Prima Donna and as such needs not accommodate customers. In my opinion, Jane lowers the buying experience at Mark Howard and has no idea as to her support role. This might be Santa Fe, but Mark Howard deserves better!!!

Marc was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made custom wedding rings for my wife and I, which are absolutely stunning and a beautiful expression of our personalities and our intentions for these rings. He is a true Santa Fe gem and we both feel so lucky to have had his help. He's also just a very magical and joyous man - I guarantee you'll enjoy working with him. I don't know a lot about custom jewelry but I thought his prices were really fair and reasonable. He was fast, reliable, and offered us plenty of opportunities to see into the design process and make suggestions. We couldn't be happier. I'd give him a 50/5 rating if I could! Thank you Marc!!!!!

I've have relied on Marc Howard Custom Jewelers for repairs and custom pieces. When my brother passed we had him design a necklace pendant in James' memory. It was a very meaningful piece for our family.
