Love this store! The staff is awesome! They are super helpful and attend to all your needs. Their store is very organized. They have clothing for everyone. The prices are great. As well as the products they sell. They stay up in the current trends. I’ve been shopping here for a very long time. I will continue to keep shopping here. Rebecca is a wonderful manager and runs this store very well. She is fair but is efficient in what she does. Thanks, forever 21.

I love this store, I always find cute clothes here. You can get cute crop tops for like 3.00-5.00 most of the time. they have a ton of options and styles, cute shoes, and a huge clearance section!!!!!’

Won’t be back. I purchased an item a week ago knowing that it may not be the correct one. I asked the associate if I would be safe returning for a refund. They said yes with a receipt and within 30 days. They even checked with the manager on duty that was at the desk to make sure and the manager said yes. I went ahead and bought it and the item never left the bag. Came back a week later with an unopened item, bag, and receipt in hand and was denied a return. They told me it was a final sale. I asked them to speak with the manager and the manager denied my return as well. They gave me no option but to take a perfectly returnable item back home with me that I have no use for. Forever 21 you just lost a regular customer!
