I normally only write reviews for exceptionally good or bad experiences, and am here to communicate the stellar customer service Preston provided during a recent visit to have my rings inspected. Preston is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, extremely professional, and a true pleasure to deal with. If I had my own business, I’d hope that all my employees were like him. He’s a true asset to Kay Jewelers. I hope his managers see this review because this young man needs to be promoted. If you’re headed to Kay Jewelers, I hope you get to work with him.

Always our preference on Santa Fe. I can't recall her name, but maybe in her 50's, she is lovely! Always look for her if you don't want a fake pushy sales person.

I bought a bracelet online in December and I got it and within 2 months the clasp wasn’t working properly so went into store to see if the could fix and was told because I didn’t purchase the warranty they couldn’t fix or touch cause it was sterling silver so in other words a waste of my money and they said I could buy another new braclet wow what kind of jewelry store is this it’s still your product you sold it and you should be able to fix i was willing to pay to fix it but they wouldn’t even look at it so people beware Kay’s Jewels sucks on there products and service I will never buy here again zales or Jared is where I will spend my money fair warning if you don’t buy a warranty your wasting your money 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Judith at the Santa Fe place is the best jewelry consultant! Judith is a pleasure to work with! She takes the time needed to ensure the customer is very satisfied with her service and the jewelry purchased. The rest of the staff are equally as friendly and knowledgeable, but I go directly to Judith if she is available. The jewelry is beautiful and high quality. I have several Leo diamonds and they are exceptional. I have had to have a few jewelry pieces repaired and the pieces come back perfect. I only buy my jewelry from Kay Jewelers! I am very satisfied and would recommend Kay’s to everyone - ask for Judith.
