IMO THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE STATE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS BRANCH. SENDS THEIR TOWNS UTILITY COMPANY 'S MAIL MULTIPLE DAYS AFTER THEY SAY IT WAS DROPPED OFF WHICH GENERATES LATE FEES FOR THE TOWN. ALSO HAS TAKEN UP TO 15 DAYS TO GET MAIL FROM INDY TO ROCKVILLE AT MULTIPLE ADDRESSES MANY SEPARATE DATES!!! HOLDS KEYS HOSTAGE FROM APARTMENT COMPLEXES AND MAKES TENANTS PURCHASE KEYS TO OUR MAILBOXES.

I would give them 0 out of 5 stares if i was able to. The staff are rude and break the law by refusing to give you your mail or tell you how to get it. If you call them to ask anything exspect to be hanged up on and if you go in they will Deni everything about it and may even claim they dont have your stuff when there system and the tracking number says they do. If you have to use a post office it be worth the exstra drive to go anywhere eals.
