My tax representative was very kind and helpful. When I carried my son in he lost a shoe and she picked it up and helped me keep him entertained as we worked on my return..she also gave him candy. It was helpful to keep my experience the best it could be.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite and greeted me with a smile and checked me in. He was so efficent I didnt catch his name!!nnMy tax professional, Cody, reviewed my return thoroughly to ensure accuracy and was very professional the whole way through. In 2019 I lived in 2 different states, worked 3 different jobs, and had additional income from the Alaska PFD, so he definitely had his work cut out for him!nnMy 2020 taxes should be much simpler, but I'm heavily tempted to go back to help support a wonderful team!
