The experience was wonderful. For some reason when I use this branch my packages take longer to be delivered, or I would have given 5 stars.
Depends on the mood of the post master. Either she is in a nice mood and helps you or stays in the back and tells the other workers things like she'll have to get over it as I had been rude ever to her or any of them or even as if I couldnt hear her in such a small office. I get packages twice one per week and maybe one in the weekend and I am not constantly there nagging them or being rude like others are to them, for the post master, out of all people, to be rude to me to talk me down like I was a child. The carrier? Lord i asked her a favor and she locked her jeep as if I'd get in there and walked away.
Whoever they have working in the office now is really unprofessional and has a unfriendly, lazy teenager kind of attitude on top of it. He is one of those people you can tell doesn't want to be there and has no respect for others. He never answers the phone, sometimes hours at a time and when he finally does he will often tell you to hold without even letting you speak and then leave the phone on the countrer and just (intentionally) forget about it. It's ridiculous. We are talking like 30-45 mins to an hour or more at a time.... Just leaving the phone on the counter and off the hook. I've spent entire days just trying to get through. It was not like this before when the woman was working up front.
