Martinsville Utilities Office

They are crooks. We have had to prove and still proving that we have our receipts. The ladies are making up their own numbers. Tell me why its on the news and they are not doing what they said and still over charging people.

Everything about this office is mismanaged. We have often had to pay bills twice because our payments magically got lost, they shut off your water very quickly and even if it was their own clerical error that caused the problem. Everyone there is just endlessly unpleasant.

The ladies in the office are always very nice and helpful.

Very un organized!

Absolute nonsense. It's been weeks and I am STILL waiting on a refund. The office is great until they have your money, and each time I call and ask where it is I reach some snippy individual who acts as though their job is horribly difficult and it is physycally taxing to mail a check. I will never live in this town again, specifically to avoid the nonsense utilities.nnEDIT: I was paid. It was like pulling teeth, and they acted like it was coming out of thier wallets.
