Martinsville License Branch

The girls that work here are so patient and kind. I’ve been in the branch many times the last few weeks and they handle everyone with courtesy and explain things so calmly; even when their customer isn’t being so kind and calm. The security guy is attentive to everyone that walks in and he’s constantly cleaning chairs and stations. I’m really impressed. Best branch I’ve ever experienced. Great job!

It was great, especially with the agent Allie, she was very professional with Jessika & Emily too.

Still struggling with the new procedures for COVID-19, but all in all, it was an efficient trip. Try to work out your process more and you'll be 100% effective!

Charged me the incorrect amount for registering my motorcycle, and spent two hours trying to explain to me that $400 was the yearly fee for my $4000 bike. Finally, I just told them to cancel it and they finally offered to recalculate it and when they did it came out to $80. So they clearly have no idea what they are doing, this discussion lasted like 3 hours and went through 3-4 employees and managers, so I don't recommend going there.
