Been taking our animals here for two years and just finally getting around to leaving a review. They are fantastic with our animals and their customer service has been spot on.nnRecently use the drive up service which was fast and convenient.

The curbside service works! I brought my puppy in for a check-up and was continually greeted with smiles, and the staff was absolutely awesome! The staff is knowledgeable, and the doctor who called me from the clinic (informing me of my pup's health) was respectful and kind. I cannot thank Country Critters Veterinary enough for the service today!

I called 10 minutes before lunch and someone picked the phone up and hung it up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I called back and spoke to Paige who then told me she would go see what they could do with the schedule about getting my dog in....where I then sat on hold for over 10 minutes and no one ever got back on the phone. I knew if I hung up that by doing so if I called back as soon as I did it would automatically say they were closed for lunch which is what happened. I have used country critters for a very long time and some of the staff up front needs to get with the program. Aside from my own experience I know of several other people who have had very poor customer service experiences up front. Everyone in the back has been great and I love Dr Amy and she is the only vet I will use there. But if you can’t get a good staff up front your practice isn’t going to continue to thrive......
