I love stuffed hash browns from a grill that tastes fresh and clean..nnI don't cook in a professional kitchen but I know in some places if you get French fries at the end of the oils usable capacity they taste different than they do with fresh oil..nnI understand saving money.nnI understand business is slow and people are barely making it and resources must be conserved.nnMaybe it was just my tastebuds?nnThe service was great! The cook was singing when the restaurant was slow and that really made my day.nnThey let us visit a long time over our meal and it was a pleasant experience.nnThe price was right.

Would ha e been 5 stars a year ago but too many staffing fails, inconsistent food quality and now bad public politics. They need to realize we are NOT Eugene. We want good food. Friendly staff. Were loyal and tip well. But mess with us we stand together to allow them to change before we attempt to try them again. Was so happy when they first opened. Hope owners receive just WHO their customers are and are willing to adapt or fold.

Came here for breakfast the other day and service was fantastic. Waitress was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Food was good and everything went great. I'll update when we go again at other dining hours.

My boyfriend and I really enjoy visiting The Viking. Manager and his staff always make us feel welcomed. Good service and food.
