This place is absolutely awful! The vet here is greedy, insensitive, unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest. Everyone who works here probably fits that description, in fact. Their pricing is outrageously and unnecessarily high. There are other veterinarian offices that are way overpriced that still seem cheap compared to this place. And since Corona, they’ve become even less helpful and less reliable. The way they do things now is just saddening. We had to call them to tell them we arrived, then we waited 15 minutes for them just to call back so we could give them my debit card info and for them to make sure the ridiculously high, way overcharged payment cleared before they would even let us bring my sick, wheezing, dying cat to front door of the building. When my card info processed and the payment went through, they called us to bring my cat up to the front door. I took him up to the door, they took him in, and they called us about 40 minutes later just to tell us there was nothing they could do for him, so they put him down and told me they’d text me when they had finished euthanizing him. So we drove home, and about 20 minutes or so after arriving home I received a text from the vet saying my cat had passed on smoothly and peacefully, followed by advice telling me to drive home safely. So that was my experience of having to say goodbye to the sweetest cat I’ve ever known. I wish I’d have never taken him to this vet. I feel like if I had gone somewhere else the week before, then maybe they’d have actually done their jobs and properly diagnosed him and properly treated him. Instead I let this awful place of greed and lies “hydrate” him for 140 dollars and was told he was fine when he clearly was not fine at all.nnThis place is filled with the most audacious, heartless people I’ve ever encountered. Do not take your pets here. You’ll end up regretting it. I hope the vet there has enough money saved up so she can retire or something, because until that happens there are going to be a lot of animals who will not get the best care or even halfway decent care and a lot of pet owners who are broke and no longer actually own a pet because of the incompetence of this veterinarian office. This corrupt, disaster of a veterinarian office should be Investigated because the things they do there have to be more than just despicably immoral.

I called today to see about getting my female dog fixed and annual vacations. They told me it would be 475 dollars! I called Greencastle Veterinary Clinic and was told 220 dollars for the stuff! This place is a rip off! I would definitely look else where!

Our first visit to our new vet clinic. Organized and they really care about their pets and clients. Would recommend.

Very good service! Talked about pricing how much we had in this far, just great vets and staff! Highly recommend!

They turned away my sick cat and told me there was a two to three week minimum for an appointment. They also won’t even accept new patients. Very rude on the phone.
