Avamere Rehabilitation of Junction City

Both my grandma and grandpa have been here but I've come to visit other people in their care. When I go there, there's almost always multiple staff sitting at the front while the call lights are on. My grandma who was otherwise on the mend, contracted an infection at this place which caused her death. I've been going here since 2002 to visit residents, whether related to me or not, and I have seen no improvement in care, compassion or kindness since then (regardless of ownership changes) - it now being 2020.
