Summit Urology

I had a TURP procedure done by Summit Urology at Monroe Hospital. My experience was much better than anticipated. Summit scheduled my initial visit within a couple days. The experience at Monroe exceeded my expectations. Every person I met on both teams was very helpful, competent, and professional. Almost no pain whatsoever. I went in Wednesday afternoon, I was out the next day, I'm back at work Friday. Only missed a day and a half of work !!

Terrible doctors, poor patient care and zero continuity between PA and Physician. Dr. Smith and Dr Elkins are terrible communicators! It’s like Frick and Frack and they don’t know who did what! There is no follow up plan and you have to remind the docs what you just had done and think for them! Not proactive at all! They want you to Just keep coming back and it’s just a big circus! If you like to repeat your treatment plan to the doctor each time you go in because they don’t look at your file, this place is for you! No problem solving and zero accountability- this place should be investigated!

Dr. Gray and I have been together for many kidney, bladder,n prostate procedures. I considered consider him a friend. It is always a blessing to see him.

All my appointments have been on time. The doctors there are caring and gets things handle fast . I would highly recommend them,
