Dismissive of the severe pain I am experiencing and wouldn’t really consider my medical history. I got an appointment quickly and didn’t wait long at all. Maybe the poor quality care means more quantity and that’s how I got in to see a PA within a few days of a referral.

I’ve had ear and sinus infections on and off but no one has connected the dots. Came here and saw Pittsford and got a CT. Finally someone was able to tell me my sinus are messed up and how they can fix them. Currently waiting for surgery, but I appreciate the amount of communication and detail I’ve received.

For the last month leading to my surgery ( including opening up all my sinuses and correcting my deviated septum) this office has been ridiculous to communicate with. You can leave a message but don't expect a call back the same day. The day after surgery I call to set up appointment to get the stints removed from my nose and that was not by my Doctor, Dr McBride, it was a Nurse Practitioner in another office. The product's they required me to purchase are not working for me and during business hours they will not answer the phone. Also the Doctor owned surgery center requires your payment up front and they raced me in and and after being under for nearly 3 hours, they had my wife start dressing me before I was even awake, I was still waking up when they were putting me in the car. ( Recovery ? ) Their customer service is horrible and I should have chosen more wisely on who and where I had this procedure done.
