Dr Sarpa has done multiple procedures on my family. My 20 month old had ear tubes and his adenoids removed in Aug 2019. My daughter had her adenoids removed in Dec 2017. I’ve had my adenoids removed and ear tubes placed. All procedures were smooth and efficient. Sarpa personally called to follow up (on a Saturday) with us after each procedure. He’s also been very helpful in providing treatment for migraines. He sat with me discussing treatment options for quite some time and made me feel heard as a patient. The new treatment plan has been great.nnHe’s definitely not the warm and fuzzy type, but I appreciate that. He’s been great and I highly recommend him as an ENT.nnETA: I had a sinus surgery in October 2020. Sarpa was wonderful. He was able to repair a previous surgery that was botched by another doctor. He also called to check in with me the Friday evening of my surgery. I really appreciate the level of care he’s shown.

I called and spoke to a Michelle, she was so rude! I definitely will not be coming to this office. Your service should be so much better when wanting someone to come to this office.

I couldn't be more disappointed with my surgery that Dr. Sarpa performed on my sinus. He didn't do what he said he was going to do, and aesthetically it's worse than before. Overall, very disappointed.

Dr. Sarpa was great when I met with him prior to surgery, and the surgery went really well - which is why I gave 2 stars. My issues with Dr. Sarpa, or his office staff, began after the surgery. At 3 weeks post sinus surgery, I started getting sick: Coughing, sneezing, congestion, so I called his office and left a message for his nurse. The next day, I called again, and realized his nurse is almost never in the office, so I talked to someone in the triage area who told me to call back on Monday if I had a fever or green discharge - I did. When I called back on Monday, I got a nurse who acted like i was bothering her, and just said she had left a message for Dr. Sarpa and his nurse, but they wouldn't get it until the next day. Tuesday, no call back, Wednesday, no call back, Thursday, no call back. I called them (4th call) on Friday, almost in tears, because now I also have had headaches, pain in my nose, and foul smells - all signs of infection. It took over a week to get an antibiotic called in, and finally someone cared that I was having issues post surgery. Get some clarity pre-surgery about care post-surgery, but don't expect too much from this office.
