This is the best vet I’ve ever taken any of my animals to. I lucked out and got right in today as a first time client. They were so kind and professional, plus the price was great! I’m never taking my pets anywhere else. Hilda and I say thank you so, so much to the staff!!!

Very caring and wonderful place... When no other vet would get our pup in and even this clinic was full in new patience they knew they had to get our pup in and they did and they have been absolutely wonderful and will be our vet for life!!!
Extremely kind staff, very accommodating. My cat had blood in her urine and even though she was not established with the clinic they got her in. It took two different antibiotics to make her better. Charges are fair and not over the top like many vets in Bloomington. Really recommend them.
Took my dog here for an allergy shot. Called first to see if it could be given by a vet tech instead of a vet and was told no, it had to be given by the vet. Went in on my appointment and was taken back to a room where a vet tech, who never introduced herself, came in and went over why I was there. After she left the room the vet, who never introduced himself, came in, never touched my dog, asked if my dog had ever had an allergy shot before to which I replied she had these shots for the past three years, then he left the room, later the same vet tech came back in and gave my dog the shot. On checkout, I was charged for the shot AND an office visit/exam. My dog never had an exam. 100 bucks for an allergy shot which was given by the vet tech. The bill I paid they didn't even bother to itemize probably because they knew I would've said something. One allergy shot doesn't cost 100 dollars Anywhere!nnIt's a shame, I hope they enjoyed ripping me off, I have 7 dogs I take very good care of and I was looking to find another vet. After looking at reviews this place was a top pick for me. They could've made a lot more money off of me if they hadn't been so greedy and lying.
