Not necessarily their fault but very difficult to work with and logic is not one of the BMVs sting suits. Wasted a great deal of time dealing with the obvious.If shaft were able to use critical thinking then it would be able to run smoother. Their care with the camera was also lacking . I have a picture that shows no detail as it was so overexposed. Quality control was an issue there.

I always like going to this location because everyone is so friendly. This time during the pandemic they are handling things very well. I seen a lady going around wiping down tables and chairs after every person moved. She sure had herself busy keeping up and did a very good job. It made me feel safe especially since the chairs were 6 ft apart also. They got us in and out quickly even having 12 people in front of us

Super fast today! They were also doing an awesome job disinfecting everything too! They wouldn't even let me sit in one of the chairs until it was wiped off. 5 stars all around.

Staff members were very polite and efficient. Social distancing and masks strictly observed. Highly recommend.

Magic for BMV experiences, as far as I'm concerned; I stopped in at 4 on a Friday and didn't even have time to sit down before I was helped.nnI had a title issue to iron out and I was paid and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and efficient, and I know not to make the drive all the way down into Bloomington for BMV business now!
