Commercial Drapery & Blinds

We have been using Commercial Drapery & Blinds for a number of years on several different apartment complexes that we have built. Every time we have used them, we have always had slow response from Mike (owner/installer). When we call in, the people we speak to on the phone are always pleasant but then they pass on the message to Mike and you never know when to expect a call from him to schedule anything. Many times, Mike will just show up at the property, even though he had no appointment, and just take measurements and get things started. But, you have no idea what is going on because there is little to NO communication. This last time we tried to get them to install the blinds in a brand new 10 unit apartment complex, this came to a head and we called numerous times to try and find out what the schedule was and were never able to talk with Mike. We only spoke to the people answering the phones and rarely did they have any idea of what was happening with our order. After many many attempts to find out status and get everything squared away with our order, we finally gave up and told them to forget it because we were so frustrated with them and with our inability to get a return phone call and any concrete information about our order. On top of this all, we were able to save over $2000 on the same blinds by ordering them through a different company here in Eugene. We will never ever use Commercial Drapery & Blind again and will steer anybody away from them that we can because of the extremely bad customer service. Even after we cancelled our order with them that was over $8,000, we still never received a call from them trying to save face or anything. It is obvious to me that they just don't care. Too bad for them.

I have been Ghosted for a Month and I have been calling every other day to check on my application they tell me to drive over there I do I waste my gas and then the manager or the boss Mike is never around to hire a new employee when they have a help wanted sign outside
