Pets Alive - Nonprofit Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic

A wonderful place to have locally. Place was busy but well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly care about the animals. The vet talks to you and even educated me like a human whereas I feel a lot of vets can talk down to you. She was very nice and a great asset to Pets Alive. Calling in rarely works since they are so busy. I've found Facebook messenger gets quick and accurate responses!

Pets Alive is a godsend. We took our kitten in to be spade on Monday and they were amazing. We gave them permission to text us and they sent us pictures of our kitten right after surgery, while in the kennel, and another one just so we knew she was fine and looking great ud83dude42. Poppy(our kitten) has shown no signs of even slowing down ever since we got her home, and the little incision has looked healthy and perfect!nnBut what makes Pets Alive so wonderful is their prices. They are the only place around that helps people out by charging such a small price. We had not gotten any shots for Poppy, so she needed all of those and the spade, and it was $60.... That's incredible. All of the estimates online were way higher. Like $90 just for spade.nnGO HERE FOR YOUR PETS' SAKE AND YOUR WALLET'S!!

These people are absolutely amazing!! They're so sweet, informative & ready to help without any hesitation. Not to mention the great things they are doing for the animal world. They have spayed & neutered 5 out of 11 of my furkidies. (The rest have upcoming appointments) I know I can drop them off and not have any doubt, they will be in GREAT hands. **Sorry Long Post**nNote: I’ve been to them multiple times over the yearsnnI recently found a pup that’s been through a lot and I called to speak to someone since I’ve tried MULTIPLE times to schedule an appointment via on their online scheduler for him to be seen immediately. I spoke to Mary and explained her the situation, but she kept repeating herself stating I need to use the online scheduler to schedule appointments which I understand, but I explained I can try again but I keep having issues with seeing the calendar to even try to schedule then she seemed to get a little frustrated and then proceeded to tell when is the next available appointment and then demanded my debit with an aggravated tone. I asked her what the latest time was and she told me. Which I mentioned I need to talk to my boyfriend to see if he could do it. Then I proceeded to ask her if I could add another animal to get neutered on the same day together so it would be easy for me to take them at once, but she interrupted me by stating I need to use the scheduler for this and that they are booked until January and she emphasized it heavily with a negative tone like she was over me. I then stated well thank you and have a good day.nnI can understand they’re booked, but what I don’t appreciate is the way I was treated. She was very condescending to me. Now I’m considering not going to then again after this incident.

They are always so polite! I definitely trust them with my fur babies. Also their prices are so very reasonable.
