It’s a shame really. I wasn’t able to get the help I needed due to poor communication. I called every month after my approval for an apartment. They claim I missed my required check ins and cancelled my application. My advice is to call more frequently than necessary. What they are doing is a beautiful thing and with persistence I believe you will get the help you need! You deserve an amazing life. They can help you get there
