Never in 5 years, before yesterday, have I desired to kick over the water fountain and swipe every pamphlet, clipboard and poster that I can reach onto the floor. It wasn't about an approval or denial, but the lack of regard to the urgency of my situation. No matter if it was food or financial assistance, approved or denied, I always felt respected.
