The Stanley Steemer crew members Zachary and Jonathan were pleasant to work with, well mannered in presenting other service offers, and did an excellent job on my carpet, rug, and chair today! My carpet was grossly stained from a busy little boy and pets, but Zach and Jonathan were able to get it looking brand new. I will absolutely be using their services again. Thank you so much!
The guys were very nice and professional but overall, I can't say that I was impressed with the end result. The attempt to upsell additional services was too aggressive for my taste and seemed to be more of a priority than addressing the actual project. I feel like I could have done as good or better job if I had done it myself. I went behind them and was able to remove a couple of the stains myself by hand. Nice is great...but not what I'm paying for.
Most of the carpet was in good shape but the areas needing the most attention received it. Due to the house being sold soon the entire house was cleaned. Both workers did an excellent job!!nnStanley Steemer is the best method out there.
I just had my carpets cleaned for the first tie because we got a puppy and she's had a few accidents. I will say that the carpets look, feel, and smell great! There were a few small areas that I walked on that the carpet felt a little crunchy... but overall I would recommend!
Dalek & Nicholas did a great job. This is a big house and they worked smoothly and efficiently to get it done in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks to them.
