Susan Laughlin, NP

I’ve been seeing Susan for awhile now, starting in my early to mid 20’s. I was used to being dismissed and not feeling like I was being ‘heard’ by previous providers, but she changed all of that, and I honestly don’t know if another provider could live up to her. She is empathetic, a serious problem solver, friendly, and compassionate. She lets me ramble about my health concerns and listens; although she is quite professional, it honestly feels like I’m meeting with an incredibly smart friend who happens to have a medical license whenever I have an appointment with her. I know she wants me to be living my healthiest life, both physically and mentally, and I am just so happy that I found a provider for these years who I feel truly cares about her patients as individuals.
