Everyone is nice but they don't communicate with each other well. One doctor read my x-ray and said they needed to see me immediately. Made an appointment for following day and a different doctor treated me like there was no reason to be there and it wasn't that bad. I did get a boot to help with pain while walking and asked to get x-ray in 2 weeks. Went for x-ray and no order for one was made. Then after found and read I was told I needed to come for treatment again. I asked to be referred so that I didn't show up for another appointment to be told there was no reason to come back. Like I said nice people very bad communication.

My PA Angela White was thorough and had great bedside manner. You could tell she really cared about me as an individual.

Dr.Licini is a great surgeon and helped me get back to a normal life with a left knee replacement. The staff and nurses are great and have nothing but respect for all of them. They have helped walk me through every step of the process and couldn't be more great ful!

Took my dad to be seen about his hands, overall he had a good visit. I had to return the next week to have them make a copy of his insurance card so the could call in his medicine, as we didn't have it at his appointment. As I began to inform the young lady at the front desk what I was there for she proceeded to tell me she would not take the card as they have to have it within 4 days to bill it. She then proceeded to argue with me and continue to tell me i have to call the billing department. It was as if she just didn't want to listen to what I had to say. I had to tell her multiple times that she still had to copy it so his meds could be called in. I told her it had to be given to June and asked for her number or a way to contact her. She then told me I wasn't allowed to contact her and that I had to call the main office but she would give it to laura. I had to tell her again that no, it has to be given to June. I wish I would have gotten the young ladies name. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but her rudeness was uncalled for and a poor example of how to treat patients and their family.

My daughter broke her arm while on vacation in SC. We set up an appointment for an initial intake. At the intake they proceeded to remove the cast that was already in place, take more x-rays that revealed nothing new, and then recast her arm. A completely unnecessary procedure for which are insurance will be billed again. If insurance doesn't pay and they try to send the bill to me, I will NOT be paying it. I do not recommend them because they are unethical and are only interesting in billable hours.
