I have been on hold for over 20 minutes and still going. Poor customer service continues to compound.

Her accessibility and quality of service have deteriorated over the years. She doesn't listen and shows little true concern for her patients needs. Her selection of prescriptions is laughable. I've recently had to rely on the walk in clinic and va to get satisfactory service. a one star is generous.
