Incredibly well run practice. Appointment at 2pm. Receive text at 2:01pm (was still in parking lot due to Covid) that hygienist was ready for me. She greeted me at the door, straight back to exam room and got to work. Dr. Whitlock is an excellent dentist, and great man away from the office as well, in the community. There wasn't a moments wait for me the whole time I was in the building and everyone was prepared for me at all times. Definitely a family run practice that prides itself as such.

Todd Whitlock Dentistry has been the most understanding, compassionate dental office I have ever received treatment. Dr. Whitlock saw me for my first visit as an emergency case and I am extremely grateful. He has made my smile/teeth appear better than I could have expected, and I love that he takes the time to answer all my questions, and he is very gentle and understanding with my dental anxieties. His hygienist and assistants are equally kind, and very thorough. I’m so happy I made the switch for myself and my daughters dental care!

I just visited the office today and have to say that the staff have to be some of the nicest people I have encountered at a dentist. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is not an easy task at the dentist (nobody likes other's hands in their mouth). I would recommend this place to everyone.

I was impressed from the minute I walked into the office! The front desk team was helpful and prepared for my appointment, and the office had a very warm and welcoming environment. I arrived a little before lunch to fill out my paperwork, and while I was filling out paperwork I saw the team coming back from lunch. They made a point to look my way to smile and say hello before going back into the clinic. I was so impressed they had lunch together and made an effort to acknowledge me when coming back to the office. It made me feel good to be seen and acknowledged, like they were actually happy to see me and not annoyed to see another patient.nnDuring my appointment, I was so impressed to be treated with all of the latest technology. All of my xrays were taken by a seasoned hygienist with high quality equipment. During the cleaning and exam, not one part of my dental health was overlooked or rushed through. All of my questions and concerns were answered, and I left feeling confident with my treatment plan.nnI look forward to returning and having my treatment completed by Dr Whitlock and his highly educated team!
