I am a certified Level 2 NRVIA RV inspector. O was hired by my client to inspect a coach she is interested in purchasing. Upon arrival the coach was staged in their RV park and ready for me to start my inspection. Shane, the salesperson, was kind, personable and helpful. In fact, he came in on his day off to help and get me set up with the coach. I can't thank him enough for his assistance and willingness to assist with this inspection and help make it go as smoothly as it did. Great customer service!

Just outstanding customer service from everyone here!nRyan Armstrong, service advisor for my Winnebago motorhome, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Ryan was great at keeping me informed during my service appointments, very professional and detail-oriented. I had a tow package installed and Ryan did a wonderful job with the demo and showing me how to use it! He always has a smile on his face too!nI can't say enough good things about the service department, they are top notch.

Gary was just wonderful and professional. I asked him to look at a leak under the sink and he told my husband to go a buy this little tiny part It was less than a half inch long. And he installed it for us. So we could make it back to Seattle dry. He also told us where to get the best hamburger ever. Then he called to follow up the next day on the fix and the hamburger. We recently purchased a Toy Hauler from Guaranty and it was a really good experience. Our Salesman, Eric Kaneshiro, is very knowledgeable about RV’s and went out of his way to get everything that we needed. Brandon Reagan took good care of us during the processing of the “deal.” Aaron Hatcher gave us an excellent delivery walkthrough. Great dealership.
