Came to rate because I mail many boxes every week and the reviews here are absurd from my experience. Yes if they are very busy then it takes the appropriate time for them to help the customers who are ahead of you because they got there first. I've never felt my wait was longer than was necessary and the customer service is almost always perfect.
This a great post office! I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is nice and has very good customer service. I would never recommend calling them because that is not the way to handle your problems there. Face to face is the best way to get your problems handled. They are too busy for phone calls.
Post office is a joke! Weekend service is the worst they take the snail mail to a new level! Lazy carries don’t even try to deliver packages rather mark it as no access to deliver even though it is a empty parking lot for the building! Never ship usps fed ex or UPS
I've found that typically, customer service in Bloomington is pretty lousy.nHowever, every worker I've dealt with at this post office location has been pleasant, helpful, competent and expeditious. They do its a great job. It's a shame it's so rare!
Absolutely horrible, they have lost several packages relating to this specific locations fault. Tracking would show package never leaving original shipping center. Just horrible. Never answer the phones as well, dont believe me then try calling them.
