ATI Physical Therapy

I have made very good progress with the ATI staff and facility. The place is very clean and they are very careful with hygiene and disinfecting. I worked mostly with Susie who is phenomenal, kind, and a gifted healer. Everyone at the facility is friendly and well trained. I would recommend working with this staff without hesitation.

ATI is a great place for PT...Dr Suzie worked with my Husband Duane, she was very supportive and encouraging....Thank you for your dedication...Keep it up!

The physical therapy assistant at this location has horrible temper and does not know how to take care of her patients. She was totally rude and yelled at a patient who did not speak English fluently. She should not be in a health care profession as she does not know how to take care of her patient. The company needs to do better in screening and training their staff.nnWe had an issue with one of the staff at this location as described above and as suggested by ATI, we contacted the Corporate Patient Advocate Dept. to report the incident. They took our report seriously and did what they were supposed to do. After the incident, the manager at the site and other ATI staff provided more extensive care and we have been happy about their patient care.

The staff is extraordinary! Very patient, personable and listen to what your concerns and pain might be. A very good knowledge of what is needed to be done to treat your condition.

The girls have all been great! I have a therapy place that's closer to home but I'm really comfortable with these girls so I'm continuing to go to them.
