I have ordered from here several times recently, and while they are routinely busy they have yet to fail on even a minor aspect of an order, and have even took last second adjustments from me via phone and were able to not only implement but do so in an outstanding fashion. Sure, it's just pizza, and for that matter a Pizza Hut, but it is a very outstanding franchise with friendly and helpful staff, who do a beautiful job on a daily basis. You can't go wrong ordering from here, especially if you're like me and you love that Pizza Hut pan crust pizza.
I have ordered there numerous of times and each time was delicious! I'm happy to say that the Bloomington pizza hut is the best!
Service was wxcellwnt but pizza like most other huts was stiff and is just missing something. As a food chain they should worry more about quality not speed. Maybe then the pizza we all loved would come back.
Have your phone number correct online. I had to change the ready time on my online order but all the phone numbers were wrong or it was disconnected. Quite frustrating.
The food is hot and fresh and the delivery driver is always prompt and friendly
