Very happy with the service we recieved while there. They were Jimmy John's fast and sandwiches tasted great. An added plus was the bathroom facilities were super clean!

Did an online order for curbside pickup, my wife called in when we arrived and they told her they were working on it right now and would bring it out. 15 minutes went by and multiple people who had come in behind us and went inside had received their food before us. We called back and was told that they hadn’t started making our order yet despite them telling us that they had started making it 15 minutes ago. This 1-star rating isn’t because the food was bad. It was because they lied to my wife about the status of the order. I wouldn’t have minded waiting if they had just been honest about it.

The fellow at the cash register assumed a haughty, arrogant, impatient attitude toward me the moment I walked in the door. Left. Not going back.

My first time actually stopping in and buying a sandwich. I normally drive past and enjoy the free smellsud83dude09 My son and I figured we would give it a try. We each got a BLT. There was an abundance of bacon!! ud83eudd24ud83eudd24❤ BACON ❤ud83eudd24ud83eudd24 The young men taking orders and making the sandwiches were all very friendly and looked professional. The bread was a tad too tough, or I'd have totally given 5 stars.

I'm only a 1/2 mile a way, and they always take over 20 minutes, and sometimes have to call for directions even though I've told them time and time again how to find me.
