I used to order here at least twice a week. Food was always hot, my order would be correct and it was always within the quoted time frame. The past few months the store has declined significantly. Every time I’ve ordered my pizza arrives cold. The frustrating part is watching the pizza tracker, while my order stays in the “quality check” phase for 20 minutes. The app will offer you a free pizza for dealing with poor service and a terrible quality of food. Which I have taken in the past, with the hope that they were understaffed or made a one time mistake. But even when you use the free pizza coupon, it will still be cold, undercooked and made poorly. Don’t order any dipping cups, drinks or extras because it’ll never make it to your door but you’ll pay for it. I’m not sure if it’s understaffing, lack of delivery drivers/management or an overall attitude of apathy from the staff, but I would just order from papa John’s next door instead. Which I don’t personally want to do for my gluttonous weekly pizza dinners, but it’s clearly the only good option out of the two.

My order got messed up, honestly a small detail. I got Coke Zero in my delivery (which I can’t drink due to an allergy) instead of my requested Diet Coke. I let them know and they went above and beyond to make it right. Awesome staff!! They are great. Anyone who is willing to correct an issue no matter how small has got my business. :)

Very good pizza, super fast on making and delivery. A+ on pizza and delivery. Pasta is good from this store but is more like a B rating. Still highly recommended.
