Great place to come a relax. A beautiful sculpture and water feature turns into a fun path for kids to walk in the fall. Unique repurposing of a historic structure.

A lot of people come here to bash City of Bloomington with bad reviews. They do a pretty good job running the city. Sure, there is room for improvement, but this is one of nicer cities to live at in Indiana.

The city govt is mostly inept. Zero stars for HAND, easily the most useless and corrupt public entity I've dealt with in town. Everyone hates them but they seem to be untouchable.
