He is friendly, highly professional, and communicative. In addition, he always seeks the best outcome for his clients. I wish there were more attorneys like Joe. I would recommend his office to anyone seeking financial or debt consultation on a short-term or extended basis. His office has been so great to work with. If given the option, I would pay for his legal services for many years.

Great guy, extremely knowledgeable go to him before making any decision regarding a bankruptcy and listen to what he has to say. I wish I had started with him first. Very professional and courteous staff, very responsive and helpful! He has helped our family tremendously on the road to recovering financially.

Friendly and helpful. While expensive, I wish they had the option like Lloyd Koehler in New Albany where everything was taken out in payments through automatic payments. They require the full amount before they’ll file, although after a certain amount has been paid, you can refer creditors to call them. If I had that much money to put out, I wouldn’t need to file bankruptcy.
