We had a bridesmaid dress somehow get something on it just 1 day before the wedding! They quickly cleaned it 3 times overnight to remove the stain and had the dress ready the very next morning before the wedding and never even charge me extra for the rushed service plus the dress looked great! Excellent service and highly recommend!
I thought my dress was a new one. It is really friendly and perfect.
This place is too expensive!nClean three jackets costed me 90 bucks. Cannot believe that!nAlso, the owner just washed my jackets instead of dry clean them. Ridiculous!
#1 cleaner in b town! Crosstown cleaners has a vast array of services. I have taken several items there to be hemmed, ball gowns that needed taken in, pillows that needed sewn shut, stains out of garments that I thought would be impossible to remove, and of course I will take my comforters and quilts no other place. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and their turn around time is scary fast. They do amazing work!
My daughter's dress shrunk a couple of sizes, and the owner was not willing to take any responsibility. He tried to intimidate and bully us when we went into the cleaners to show him the dress.The two women employees I spoke with were very friendly and understanding, but when the owner got involved, he was rude, obnoxious, and didn't offer any resolution. I would highly discourage anyone using this cleaners.
