This laundromat is the best in town in my opinion! The staff is extremely nice. Before I had my car, I had to walk 7 streets carrying a bag of clothes each trip. One employee would let me keep a bag there and walk back to get the other. I knew she wasn't fully responsible for my clothes, but she kept an eye on the bag while I came back with another. I appreciated it so much . The machines are great. I've had no problems so far and I've been a regular for about two years now.
Nice and clean. Machine works great for washing and drying king size comforters! The attendant there was also very nice to work with, answering any questions and was very helpful.
Terrible Customer service. My clothes burned in the dryer and melted. All the manager said to me was “I’m sorry”. Like excuse me?! I don’t think I’m going back and you should avoid this place as well. They truly don’t care about you or your clothes if anything were to happen. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
After vowing to never go to 17th Street laundry again I decided to give this place a try. It's so much better than my old laundromat! I haven't had any issues. This place is clean, the attendant was nice. I like their top loading washers.
I arrived from out of town early evening deciding to help my IU student out with his mountain of laundry. I hadn't been in a laundry mat since my own college days!! The gentleman that helped me was so kind and helpful. He was absolutely wonderful, (Justin, maybe?) I can't recall his name, just know that I truly appreciated the time he took to guide me through the use of the machines, soap quantities, and other suggestions. This place was clean and all equipment was operating efficiently. I had an extremely positive experience. Thank you!!
