Kinser Cleaners & Launderers

Service was fairly quick, I had a suit jacket and pants, as well as a dress shirt and a jersey dry cleaned and it took them 3 days. It cost just around $20 for all of, so a little pricey but it is what it is. They don’t list their pricing online which is very strange especially considering they have their services posted. What really got me was the jersey I had dry cleaned. I had an authentic MLB All-Star jersey dry cleaned by Kinser. I have all my authentic jerseys dry cleaned and I’ve never had a problem. But unfortunately Kinser was unable to not only successfully clean the jersey, but they were unable to keep the jersey intact. All of what I describe also has an image in my review. When I received the jersey back, there is a stain still on the lettering on the back of the jersey. There are also a number of loose threads on the lettering which were not there when I dropped off the jersey. Not only was the stitching tampered with, but the patches were wrinkled. This is something which is extremely frustrating and I have never experienced this before when having my jerseys dry cleaned. All of the logos, lettering, and numbering is wrinkled (all sewn on logos and letters to authentic jerseys should be wrinkle free). The pictures I have of the issues do not do much justice because the jersey looks worse in person. I would most definitely NOT recommend Kinser Cleaners & Launderers!!!

Go to ANY other cleaners but this one.I should have read the reviews first because this place has shady practices.They wait until they have your clothes and then come up with reasons why they have to charge you 20$ more.even after calling ahead for a price quote,bringing them in AND pre paying.as a customer,what more should I have to do? They failed to take responsibility of their price quoting screw up and unclear text messages to somehow flip the situation to where it's MY fault somehow. maybe they should either train their employees better or make up their minds on what they charge as well as informing you on all of their cleaning woes AHEAD of time before they quote a price and take your money.the owner argued with me on the phone tooth and nail,in front of a few customers.the girl at the desk was very rude and told me,they wont be cleaning my shirts again.i told her to get outta my head.

I've used them for decades...local family owned, friendly, great service, seamstress on duty... the whole package!

All my silk dads shirts I've had for years shrank CONSIDERABLY.never again.such unprofessionalisim,i dont care how long they've been open.ud83dude20
