Service Master was recommended to us by our local contractor and by our insurer after we discovered a leak in a little used bathroom. The leak had damaged drywall and seeped under the floor tile. Service Master, working with our insurer, provided fast, efficient damage remediation. They kept us fully informed of the progress and coordinated with our insurer. We had drying equipment in the bathroom for about 10 days, and Service Master checked in regularly. The technicians were extremely professional. They wore masks and feet covering. They called ahead to tell us when they would arrive, and they were always on time. They were patient with our questions and when they didn’t have an answer they had their supervisor, Dusty, call us. I would highly recommend this company.
Great job on every dimension: prompt, professional, quality of work, and post job clean-up. Prices were very reasonable. The workers were very observant of COVID protocols in that they wore masks and maintained social distance at all times. Lastly, Dusty helped identify contractors who could help with repairs. Will definitely call them again.
The crew at ServiceMaster (Dusty, Aleesha, Wes, Nick, and Christian) were so kind and understanding with us. No one wants a flooded basement. This was our first time going through this process.
