So from what I'm seeing from these reviews is that the place is a mess. The owner also sounds incredibly rude to people leaving a bad review. Sorry your business sucks maybe work on yourself and your business more and you'll have a nice place.
We have been coming to this laundromat for over 5 years. We've had to deal with majority of the machines being out of order or malfunctioning with little to no help from staff. Recently there were signs up warning you that your clothes could literally catch on fire if left unattended in the machines. An employee told us a customers clothes were burnt. We've always been cautious and attentive to our things however, and today despite the machine we were using being set to medium temp it ruined and scorched a load of our laundry. The whites are now brown and smell like a bonfire. Staff ignored us. After all these years we've decided never to return there again after today. I'll deal with the inconvenience of traveling to a different laundromat from now on.
No public restroom. Half the machines are broken. All small socks seem to disappear in the old dryers. Only one Change machine and it's always out of service. Soap vendor dispenser broken steals money when out of product. And no evening assistant. Hate it but its the only 24 hr I know.
this place is pretty dirty (also there roaches) almost everything is out of order and there is literally visible black mold. the washers dont get your clothes clean hardly at all seriously nothing works scrub your clothes in a bathtub instead trust me your better off
Loaded 4 different washers at the same time and 1 of them took an additional 20 minutes to run. Then put my whites in a dryer, and when I pulled my whites out they were mustard colored.
