I can't recommend Chem-Dry of Bloomington enough. We moved into a house in August that smelled badly. Like, really badly. The previous owners had pets and after Chem-Dry brought the black light I'm convinced they just let them potty on the basement carpet. I'm not sure how plug-ins and fabreeze masked the fact that the downstairs carpet was in terrible shape, but it did. Once we were in the house, we realized we had to do something about it. Chem-Dry was recommended to us, and they were able to show up promptly, walked through, described the best treatments, and worked SO LONG to try and salvage our basement carpet. They let us know what to do and what to expect, cleaned some other smelly areas for us, and told us they would be happy to return to make sure it worked. They were totally wonderful and I would have them back in a minute. Alas, the carpet was a lost cause (I really want to stress that chem dry did everything possible - it was almost totally covered with years of urine stains and lit up under a black light like the eastern seaboard). Once the carpet was out they came back and cleaned the concrete and baseboards. Their professionalism and dedication was exceptional and you won't be disappointed.

We have a puppy who just spent the last six months trying (with some success) to be housebroken. Now that he is, the carpets have been through a lot. These aren't new carpets. Some are about ten years old, others closer to 20. I called Chem-Dry based on their reputation, and wow! John did a remarkable job getting the many puppy piddle puddles up. Without exaggeration, the carpets look NEW, and smell a whole lot better too. He was courteous, professional, and patient with four dogs who wanted to see what he was working on. Call this company. Use this service. If things are looking desperate for your carpets, Chem-Dry could be the salvation they need.

Chem-Dry of Bloomington are AMAZING! Professional and quality customer service. I highly recommend them. Jennifer is super responsive and went out of her way to help me. I needed my carpets cleaned asap and they were able to take care of me same day. John was right on time. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He went over everything, checked all of my problem areas and had a solution. My carpets look incredible, and all of the old stains are gone. Quality products, service, and affordable.

Jen and Jonathon are such a great team. I called them with very little notice and they were able to work me in their schedule last minute. Jonathon did such a great job and explained the process and packages so that we received the best clean that fit into our budget. Highly recommend!!

I rarely write reviews but Chem-Dry of Bloomington deserves some serious praise! When you need to hire someone to take care of something in your house, you want them to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely and affordable. Chem-Dry of Bloomington was all of this and more! The initial carpet inspection was extremely thorough. They provided the estimate quickly and worked with us to find the best time to do the cleaning. We were on their schedule in no time at all! The results really did blow me away. Old spots, including pet urine stains, were completely removed! Our carpet is quite old, but the cleaning made it feel really fresh and clean. A week or so after the cleaning, we had one minor issue. They came back and took care of it immediately! Overall, superb service, quality of work and professionalism. If you need your carpet cleaned, look no further! Thank you Jennifer and John!
