If I could give no stars I would. I was a repeat customer “was” I will never shop at Kay’s anywhere. I purchased all my jewelry at this location. Took them 6 months to decide to fix my ring that broke in half. The previous management was terrible, so I thought I would give them a second chance with the new manager. No! Same service! My daughters necklace broke, took it in for repair, got it back. Two days later it broke again with no necklace to take back, granted Keith did replace it, but two weeks later the new necklace broke, while laying in a lawn chair. Took the whole necklace back today. Keith did not offer to replace or repair , even though I purchased their warranty in which they do not honor. He wanted me to order a new chain on my account and give me 10% off ? Really!? This is your junk jewelry from her necklace to my ring and 10% is the best you can do to take care of your repeat customers, or any customer for that matter. So I shook his hand and went across the hall to Rogers and Holland’s. Wow! Much better experience! Better prices too! They honor all warranties even if you haven’t had it checked every 6 months!!!!! Approved and opened an account with them. Keith proceeded to come into Rogers and Holland’s and tell me that he ordered me a whole new necklace, completely embarrassed me in the new jewelry store! Upset the employee that was helping me..... geez Kay’s get your stuff together. You don’t chase a customer down in another store. It’s like a bad relationship, you couldn’t get it together and didn’t care about my feelings so ITS OVER!!! I warned you. Rogers and Holland’s has my business now and will take care of my current jewelry I purchased from you at no cost! Do not stop at Kay’s if your in Bloomington mall. Go to Rogers and Holland’s right across the hall!!!

They are absolutely not helpful!!! They are liers!!! They make unforgivable mistakes. They don't educate their customers and has no knowledge without their computer system. With their eyes, they can't tell the difference between 1K and 2K. Will give false information to customers to make a purchase. Nothing but an untrustworthy salesman.
