This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had buying jewelry! The man helping me sold me a simple silver plated chain for a necklace I recently broke. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality is fantastic. When checking out, the ladies and I were laughing at a game all the employee played that morning. Trust me when I say the people there love what they do and are so happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They were amazing and super helpful. I worked with the manager Mike Ehler. Normally people see how young I am and dismiss me but he was really helpful and honest. He was honest about what matched my existing jewelry and my skin tone. I ended up getting a couple earrings a bracelet a ring and a necklace that I absolutely love. He even was able to make changes to our jewelry (such us shortening a necklace, and trimming the backs on earrings so they were comfortable and changing the color of the jewelry). Absolutely amazing and helpful.

Great personal service at Gold Casters. Stopped to get my ring inspected and cleaned. Jeremy was very helpful. He even entertained me by showing me different pieces of jewelry while I waited.
