Cheap tools but one of the guy managers doesn't understand customer service. I stood in an aisle for 15 minutes waiting for an associate who wasn't busy to ask a question. I saw four employees, 1 was unloading merch/standing around the cash register staring and doing nothing(despite a line of people needing to check out). One was actually being a cashier, and the last was helping another person. The manager (I assume because he wore a headset) walked by me three times and never said a word, however immediately greeted a gentleman who just happened to walk by. I finally decided to get in line and ask for help when it was my turn. I stand in line, and two guys who were not wearing their masks correctly stepped in front of me without a word. Simultaneously a couple of customers walked by loudly saying 'I don't know where that is' No employee or manager said a word about either. I've worked in customer service, as a manager you are supposed to pay attention to the people in your store, not paying sole attention to one guy. I honestly have no idea why he would have ignored me. I was getting ready to buy a low profile car jack (while not the highest ticket item, a hefty purchase compared to the large selection of $5 tool sets. It's a shame that the management sucks so bad because I would love to buy cheap tools from here, but I won't be back.

This is the best place in town to buy tools. Harbor Freight has really improved the quality of their tools. Their prices aren't garage sale prices anymore, but you still won't find a better price anywhere else. I love Harbor Freight....

If you go in expecting vintage Craftsman quality, you'll be sorely disappointed, but if you want cheap tools then you've come to the right place! Perfect for people who can't afford DeWalt, but still need tools. Harbor Freights workers are kind and knowledgeable.

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place to pick up so many handy items. Zip ties, tarps, tools of all kinds, and engines. Staff at the Bloomington Harbor Freight is excellent with helping you locate the items you are looking for. The new store.is extremely clean and even has very clean bathrooms. I would recommend this store if you have never been its awesome
