This hardware store carries more than I ever think it will. I prefer to shop here first to buy locally over other chain hardware stores. You may pay a couple of dollars more but the service, knowledge, and experience their staff provides you while shopping is incomparable. Hands down will continue to shop at Bloomington Hardware before going elsewhere if needed.
Always very helpful and friendly. Went there today to purchase some wall anchors for $3. I got the same service I’d get if I were there to spend $300. Thank you guys!
We asked for help buying a filter for out furnace and they sold us the wrong one, even though we told them the size we needed. When we came back shortly after to return it they would not accept the unused filter even though it was nearly $50 and they had told us it would definitely work. They do not stand behind their word and do not care about their customers
It was great. Fast service and everyone was helpful and nice.
Don’t bother them they’re too busy. They don’t want your business anyways. Black lumber is hardware store in Bloomington that is also a small business if you like shopping small.
