Absolutely love this Hardware Store! The employee are always very helpful and very knowledgeable it's a fantastic experience and a Great hometown Hardware Store. Once you have been there a few times they seem to all know you and they treat you like family. I would much rather go there than any box store any day! Make sure when you go in to take the time to walk the entire store but make sure that if you need help to ask because even if you don't see it they probably have it and if they don't they are more than willing to order it for you but almost always they have it!
There aren't many places I'd actually drive 60 miles to go to. Kleindorfer's is one where I actually WILL make that trip. I remember going to this store with my grandmother when I was five (I'm now 66) and I'm every bit as fascinated with this store now as I was 60 years ago.nnUnfailingly helpful staff; an ENORMOUS assortment of goods -- and 60 years later, it's still among the very best stores I've ever been to!
I love this place. They are the most helpful people I have ever seen. You just tell them what you need even if you don't know what particular part would work for you, they will hand pick it for you in a few seconds and you are done. They happily accept returns if doesn't work and they make sure you end up with the right part. Two thumbs up.
It is amazing what you can find at kleindorfers. They carry items no one else does. The staff are always courteous and polite as well as helpful.
First time here and amazed at all the variety of things in stock. I was greeted and assisted in get bolts and special length screws. They stick items that the chain stores don't.
