My daughter lives there and I am far away..called to schedule delivery for her birthday! Lady on the phone was wonderful and the delivery was there so fast. Thanks for helping me make my daughters day!
One star might be a little much for this place. I ordered flowers to get delivered for my daughters birthday. It was 4:20 pm and the flowers still had not come. I eventually called the flower shop to see if they forgot or what was going on because they should have already been closed by then. The lady said they had gotten extremely busy & would go and drop them off now. Had I not called, I don’t think that my flowers would have ever even been delivered. But this wasn’t all, my daughter had just left her apartment to left her dog out after being home all day waiting for the flower company, THE LADY LEFT THEM WITH HER NEIGHBOR, IN A COLLEGE TOWN! My daughter doesn’t even know her neighbor, and the lady on the phone never asked if this was okay. I payed way too much for these flowers to have an awful experience. The lady also told me on the phone to make sure I place my orders over a day in advanced, which if they were SO busy they shouldn’t have even taken my order! I am very frustrated and won’t be going back!

Added bonus, when you buy from Bloomin' Tons you're supporting a local business! I've used this company for weddings and funerals. Each time I place an order I feel like I'm getting off the phone with a family friend. I was really lost and uncertain about an order, and she helped me find a great solution. She was knowledgeable about the etiquette for the occasion, and helped me save money too!
I called in a frantic to order flowers for my sister and they were very helpful and calmed me down. They talked me through the options, gave me some good descriptions of what the order would be. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Thank you so so much, I very much appreciate the warm service and the amazing flowers and chocolate. 10/1000 definitely would recommend to a friend and or family member.
