Artisan Alley is a great place with great people. The community of artists, volunteers, staff, and locals is strong, and I feel so supported as an artist and a resident of Bloomington. All three locations are amazing and work very hard to support the needs of not just the arts community but the community as as whole. I highly recommend coming in for a visit or trying to get involved through volunteering or taking one of their classes.

I love Artisan Alley! It's an amazing art resource for the Bloomington community. Their classes are fun and inexpensive, and the events are so diverse and interesting!

This place is one of the coolest places in Bloomington, in my opinion. The people are awesome and they produce some creative work out of this artist studio building. Adam Nahas was recently featured in Limestone Magazine and WFHB and he has been a great asset to the local arts community. He's built a great place for Bloomingtonians to go and support local art by taking classes, buying art from the gallery, and supporting the many projects and businesses that work as members of this 501(c)(3) non-profit. Highly recommend that you go out and check them out. I hope you enjoy this piece of custom hand blown glass art created by artist member Eric Brock (Brox Glass). He's honed his glass craft while working at the 222 W 2nd Street location and he's really worked hard to learn his craft. Way to go Eric!

Took class paid $60 received 2 canvases when I pd for 3 people. Very disappointed. I felt I should had received the canvases for the other people. The outcome of the class was a disaster. Very disorganized and I felt I had learned more off YouTube than in class. I had created things in past so I kept mum and wanted to learn and I let instructor show me everything. I even let her select colors for that is where I struggled. I cried all the way home. The projects looked like something a child created not an instructor. And definitely not to have $60 invested. When others seen these they laughed and said I had a funny feeling it be like that. There was a kids class before that. 1 if the gals showed up for that thinking that was the class. Her reply....i think i got the better deal. Our project looks better than yours. Lol
