I love this place! Helpful staff and they always take great care of me and my car! I always feel safe behind the wheel after the staff here give me the green light. Plus the prices are very affordable, which is great for those of us pinching pennies.
New to the area and was recommended by 3 different people to come here for tires and tire repair. Passed 3 other tire shops not at all busy and this place was packed, had to wait a while to get my tire repaired but it was free and the employees were all very nice. Would definitely recommend.
They gave great service, kinda opened a can of worms but finally got back to that great Les Schwab service that keeps me coming back! Definitely getting another Alignment here. Watch out for spendy parts, some are not quality. But the tires are.
I absolutely love this Les Schwab compared to the others I've been to. The staff are more friendly and pleasant to deal with. I've never been charged to have a flat fixed here even though I didn't buy my tires here. Other Les Schwabs were going to charge me, makes no sense. I'll drive out of my way for better customer service any day!!!
Richard was really patient with one of my family members who likes to ask 1000 questions. The service is always top notch, but he went over and above. Welcome to Springfield, we hope you stay a while.
